Here's how it works.

(1) Choose the class time that suits you best. Register for your free trial by completing the online form here.

(2) You will receive a welcome email, and a few days before the day of the call, you will receive another email with information on the tele-bridge number and the access code for both week's calls.

(3) At your selected class time, phone into the class according to the instructions on the email.

(4) After these first two classes, you will receive an email inviting you to commit to the remainder of the programme. This email will come via Paypal, as a payment request, for my company Inner Thinking Limited.

(5) If you decide to continue, please respond to this email within 48 hours, by clicking on the link to complete your payment. Once payment has been completed, you will receive an email on how to access the remaining classes, and the full online Private Member's Area for the remaining class notes and recorded audio of the most recent week's call.

(6) If you decide not to participate further in the programme, you will simply ignore the payment request and you not be charged anything. You'll be taken off of the class register at that point, but please do still email with your experience if you found the two classes helpful on their own. This enables me to share your comments on the website so that other people may feel encouraged to take part in the trial sessions too.
