WHAT IS THIS PROGRAMME ABOUT?

The goal of this programme is for you to play a bigger yet easier and more fulfilling game in life, by fully aligning with your essence.

I don't consider myself to be a spiritual guru, nor a guru of any kind. I don't channel, I don't "see" energy, I don't read auras or anything like that. But what I do know, is that we, as human beings, are moving far beyond our old concepts of ourselves. We are knowing with each passing day, that we are evolving more and more into the multi-dimensional and multi-faceted beings that we truly are.

I used to be filled with self-doubt, and a fear of doing the things that I, secretly knew deep down, that I'd like to do. I remember once, when I was at a personal development seminar, I stood on the sidelines to watch the other participants take part in a fire-walking ceremony. I was too afraid to try because I was afraid that I would fail. It was then that I realised that that was an exact representation of how I was playing out my life - on the sidelines, cheering other people on, but never fully participating myself. I was playing small.

At the time, I was Head of Accounting in an investment bank in London, UK. I was earning a six-figure package and by the measures that I knew at the time, I was highly successful. I was on a great career path and I certainly didn't think that I was playing small; in fact, I didn't think about it at all. I was on a treadmill, unconscious about the decisions that I was making about my life, and unaware of the depth of experience that life had to offer. My sense of self, and self-importance, were linked to my job and my position... not to who I am. To have stayed in the corporate world and to have climbed the corporate ladder would have been the obvious option. It would have certainly felt the safest, and maybe even the easiest. But, thankfully, I chose a different adventure.

My foray into personal development helped for a time; it felt like a quest - I was seeking that something that would suddenly work for me, and then I eventually realised that that wasn't relevant either. Please don't misunderstand though - reading and life-long learning will always be a passion of mine. But the difference is that it's no longer about seeking something that feels like it's missing. Most of us are well-conditioned to look outside of ourselves for what we need, and for the answers we're looking for. So we delve into self-development books, hoping that it will plug that gap. Some of those books may remain unread on the shelf, and sometimes, we can be left feeling even more inadequate than before.

Yet, we already have everything we need (I didn't believe that at the time too); we just have to re-connect with it and remember it. Our world is really only just beginning to open up in the most wondrous way, and now, we are starting to discover the sheer limitlessness of how our lives can be. Remembering and reconnecting with my personal essence has allowed me to discover this, and to play the biggest game I've ever played in my life. I feel the greatest sense of freedom, and the greatest feelings of joy and wonder at my every day. It's enabled me to travel, to sell up lock, stock and barrel, and to move to another country to build on another aspect of my dream and in response to my inner guidance.

Part of my playing this bigger game is to get this very message out to people like you too - that you are a divine human being, who is limitless, and perfect as you are. You don't need any more personal development programmes, you don't need to prove yourself, you don't need to be good enough. You already are.

My intention with this programme is for it to be a personalised and transformative experience, during which you will connect with your essence and open up to self-acceptance of who you truly are.

What I want for you to have gained by the end of this programme is to:

• connect back with your true essence;
• know that there is more to life, and to connect back with its magic;
• discover unlimitedness and possibility;
• feel freer from having let go of your limited self-image;
• feel the excitement of living and of your sheer potential;
• break beyond boundaries and know that you can do it, whatever "it" is for you;
• have made decisive decisions - being clear on your intention and creation;
• know that you are a creator.

By opening up to self-acceptance, and remembering and re-connecting with your essence, you will:

• feel a strong inner guidance and power;
• have a stronger and more powerful sense of purpose;
• gain a sense of freedom and peace, no matter what is going on in the world around you;
• experience inner joy and lasting happiness;
• consciously tap into the wider field of consciousness and sheer potential;
• become more self-expressive;
• reconnect and begin to unleash your own personal greatness.

You will move from:

• self-doubt to self-appreciation and an inner knowing of transformative power;
• anger or frustration to an inner sense of peace;
• lack to abundance.
